1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fulus.co (“Fulus”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
3. Description of Service
Fulus provides personal finance, wealth tracking, and financial insight tools. Fulus does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
4. Accounts & Multi-Tenant Households
Fulus supports multi-tenant households. A household represents a shared financial workspace containing accounts, transactions, and financial data.
- Each household may have one or more users.
- Household owners or administrators control access.
- Users may belong to multiple households.
- You are responsible for actions taken within households you access.
5. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data you enter or import. Fulus is not responsible for decisions made based on incorrect data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Violating laws or regulations
- Accessing data without authorization
- Introducing malicious code
- Attempting to bypass security controls
7. Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, and intellectual property are owned by Fulus or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or service discontinuation.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
